I'm MK -- you're go to babe for handling the chaos. I've been in the thicc of it, confronting the same shadows with money, purpose, relationships-- LIFE. I have spent years over-compensating. Filling up my plate to the point of exhaustion, frustration and pure chaos. My inner and outer world going in wobbly directions and no clarity in sight.
I've hit rock bottom a time..or two...or four.. (lol) and what each instance had in common was a knowing that I needed to pivot, to evolve. I was confronted with truths, circumstances, situations, etc. that triggered my desire to push through, toward anything better than what was happening, I decided to look at things a new way.
I began paying attention to who I surrounded myself with and what energy I was taking in & turning inward, focusing on myself. Also, therapy. Lots of therapy. Lol. I added my own coach to the mix & implemented systems to support me. Curating a support system and mentality that supports me when life spins into madness, and expands me toward my next level desires.
As I was intaking info + energy more intentionally, I had a better foundation to think and act more positively. I was able to filter through internal narratives that blocked goodness from coming my way. I found tools that really resonated with me and supported me amidst any shitty feeling that came up.
