I'm MK -- you're go to babe for handling the chaos. I've been in the thicc of it, confronting the same shadows with money, purpose, relationships-- LIFE. I have spent years over-compensating. Filling up my plate to the point of exhaustion, frustration and pure chaos. My inner and outer world going in wobbly directions and no clarity in sight.
I've hit rock bottom a time..or two...or four.. (lol) and what each instance had in common was a knowing that I needed to pivot, to evolve. As I was intaking info + energy more intentionally, I had a better foundation to think and act more positively.
